Nail Care - Leighton Denny Bio Build Shield

Hi Lovelies!
Me doing a nail related post ?! its pretty much unheard of :( but my nails have never been my best asset. I have always found them to be weak and fragile and have always lusted after lovely long nails. I always look at my followers gorgeous nail posts and think one day haha! - Anyway, I was at work the other week and I was looking at our Leighton Denny stand and seen the Bio Build collection. I then seen the Bio Build Shield, and decided to give it a whirl with my 25% staff discount. Leighton Denny is an award winning and internationally known figure in the beauty world. So far I have been really pleased with this product and have seen an improvement already. If you also suffer with weak and fragile nails then I think that the Leighton Denny Bio Build range would be a great.
About
Thin, weak nails like fine, fragile hair need help to look their beautiful best so try BIO-BUILD Shield £11.25. It contains Bio-Active Glass, used in medical science to mend & strengthen bone, 4 Essential Oils and 5 other active ingredients to promote stronger nails.

Review
I have been so impressed with this product and honestly seen results within just one use. I was impressed with how it instantly improved the look of my nails with one low gloss and fast drying coat. I have been using it for about two weeks now and I'm surprised by how much stronger and healthier my nails look. They haven't grown a huge amount, but I can definitely say that the strength and general look of them has improved. It can either be used as a base coat to help keep your nails healthy when wearing your favourite nail polish, or by using two light coats as a treatment.
Overall ?
I'm really enjoying this product and glad I made the decision to give it a go. It's great for people who want stronger and healthier nails, but also just as good for people looking for a great protective base coat. Have you tried any products from Leighton Denny before ? I would love to know if you have.

Speak soon lovelies!

Product Launch - Elemis Pro-Radiance Illuminating Flash Balm

Hi Sweeties!
I thought I would share with you an exciting product launch from Elemis. I have known about the launch of the Pro Radiance Illuminating Flash Balm for a while now and couldn't wait to actually get the product and start giving it a test drive. I always take ages to test out skincare products, because it's a lot harder to adjust to skincare than it is to a new beauty product. So today I thought I would share some background information and tell you about my first few uses and initial thoughts. I'm so glad have created a Flash Balm, as they are less heard of and I believe that its only really Clarins that has one out at the moment (I might be wrong).

Things you need to know!

Initial Thoughts ?
Suffering with on/off anxiety the smell of Neroli instantly made me feel at ease with this product. Neroli is a fabulous lifting scent, which helps to enhance your mood. I have Neroli Candles and bath products and they definitely give me a boost when I need one. The texture is beautiful and it doesn't leave my skin looking overly shiny, which makes me think it will be the perfect match under my Laura Mercier Foundation. So far so good! - I think this product could be a great multi-tasker and I can't wait to get back to you in a few weeks with a full review.

Revlon Lip Butter - Juicy Papaya 2013

Hi Beauties!
I'm back haha! I can't believe that I worked all through those beautiful days we had and then ever since I have been off work the weather has been horrible and wet haha. I have been super busy again recently and we are preparing for the Celebrity Cup at work, which means we will have some celebs coming into the spa. I have also been busy with uni and have been meaning to get some posts out for ages, but with the bad weather the lighting hasn't been how I like it for taking pictures. I am going to start doing some more chatty/lifestyle posts, as my reviews take me forever to write. I will still be doing them, but I just want to be able to get some more posts out for you beauties.

I have also decided to enter the COSMO blog awards for "Best New Beauty Blog" and it would mean the world if you took the time to vote for me. Blogging has helped me cope with my anxiety, as well as making friends for life. I also blogged for months without my blog showing up on peoples feeds, but despite that issue I carried on blogging for all my lovely followers who regularly visit my blog. I have such a passion for blogging and I will definitely be voting for my favourite blogs as well.

Today's post is going to be about a lipstick, as we all know I am a tiny bit obsessed with lippies haha - I have been loving this new shade from Revlon and I think that the Revlon lip butters are amazing and such good value for money. I hope you enjoy this post my loves and if you would like to contact me then just use my social media buttons just under my picture, also I would love to hear from you below!

Revlon Lip Butter - Juicy Papaya
Who doesn't love a Revlon lip butter ? they definitely rival the likes of Chanel, Dior and YSL who all have similar products for a much higher price. Revlon have released a few new shades for 2013, but when I went shopping it was only Juicy Papaya that was in stock.. but luckily that was the shade I actually wanted the most. I would definitely check out the new shades, as they are super fun and all perfect for Spring and summer.

The packaging is fun but classy at the same time and the quilt design is very Chanel! - I do like the way that they colour code the packaging, as it makes it really easy just to grab the shade you want if your in a hurry. Juicy Papaya is definitely a true Coral shade which leans more on the Orange Coral side and its colour does depend on your own lip colour. It will appear more light/peach if you have light coloured lips or if you choose to apply a tiny bit of concealer. However, if you have darker lips like me then it will be more of a true Coral, which looks stunning.. especially with a tan and subtle eye make-up. Juicy Papaya is lovely and moisturising, but does require maybe three applications to get full coverage. I do like it more on the sheer side though, as I sometimes use it as a cheek colour which looks amazing.
Overall ?
A real must have shade for me! I can wear it as a light peach or a gorgeous true Coral, It actually reminds me of a more subtle Tutti Frutti, as its less orange and opaque. I also like the fact that I can use it on the cheeks, which gives me a slight bit of colour. I think this would be perfect for holiday, as it looks stunning with subtle bronzing. I'm a huge fan of these Lip butters and think that this would be a great addition if you were looking for a versatile Coral.
I hope you have enjoyed this post beauties! and I will be back soon with a more lifestyle themed post. I would love you to leave your links below, and don't forget to let me know if you are entering the COSMO beauty awards as well!

Hi Beauties!

I must admit I had an amazing day and I was totally spoilt by my family, and I just wished that day could have lasted forever. ❤Perfect Spring Cleansers❤

Hi Beauties!
The weather in Wales has been quite Spring like lately, even though its still a bit chilly outside haha. I have been using these two cleansers since the very start of the year, but wanted to wait until the Spring to do my review, as they are very refreshing and perfect for Spring/Summer use. I'm sure you all know that I work at an Elemis Spa and have done so for just over a month now. I'm really enjoying it and I'm making some really good friends, which is really helping me boost my self confidence. The Fresh Skin range by Elemis is targeted for late teens to late twenties and is suitable for most skin types. It's also my 21st birthday tomorrow and i'm SOOO excited haha... I'm literally like a child. I might be doing a birthday related post at some point, but not sure when that will come as I'm super busy with work and uni deadlines at the moment. Anyway, I hope you enjoy this review and I would love to know what you think!
Peachy Perfect Gentle Face Wash*
A lot of people get scared off by gel foaming cleansers, as they can dry the skin out. However, I promise that this face wash is nothing like that at all. It's the perfect balancing face wash that doesn't strip your natural oils, but instead leaves your skin soft and glowing. The main ingredients are Chicory, Elder flower and Lemon which help to hydrate, condition and awaken the skin. This cleanser is so versatile and really can be used for all skin types and at £12.00 I think its a great buy, as Elemis are a fantastic Spa brand that do not test on animal or use any nasties.

Skin Glow Exfoliating Wash*
This is a fantastic staple exfoliating wash that could be used for everyday use, but personally I use this exfoliator 2-3 times a week to help refresh my complexion. It uses jojoba beads which are amazing due to their texture being very soft, which means that they don't scratch the skin leaving micro lacerations. The Elemis Skin Glow also uses Cherry powder which is great for polishing the skin, as well as Mandarin and Aniseed which help soften and brighten the skin. This product is also £12.00 which I think is really affordable for a Spa brand.
Overall
I think for £12.00 each these cleansers are fantastic value for money. They offer a really refreshing cleansing experience which is great for waking you up, and getting ready for the Spring and Summer. I love both of these products as they don't dry out my skin, but they also don't add too much to make it feel oily. I can't find any negatives with either product, but if you really don't like foaming cleansers then maybe these aren't for you. If you are looking for the perfect balance, then these might be the cleansers for you. Elemis also do a discovery kit for £20.00 and you get some lovely generous samples which you can find here

I would love to know what you think lovelies.. will you be trying out these cleansers ?

❤YSL "SHOCKING" Review❤

Hi Lovelies!
I'm sorry for not being as active recently, but I'm really going through a stressful period. Nothing major is wrong, but everything is happening at once and its leaving me really tired and un-motivated. However, I'm still here and I'm trying my very best keep up to date with my blogging. I actually wrote up this review about two weeks ago, but then my opinion kept changing on this product so I wanted to wait until I knew exactly how I felt about it before fully reviewing it. You will probably know that I'm a huge YSL fan and I always sway between Chanel, YSL and Benefit when it comes to makeup. I'm lucky to have parents who jet off all the time( lucky buggers), which means that I do get some rather nice duty free perks now and then (not complaining) haha. My dad especially loves the YSL packaging, so I was really pleased when him and my mum brought me back some goodies including the YSL "SHOCKING" Mascara. I am actually really excited to do this post now and think it might be really helpful to someone who wants to buy it or has recently got it like me. I hope you enjoy this review lovelies and if you ever need to contact me don't hesitate to get in touch via my Social Media buttons just under my blog image.
First Impressions
My first impressions weren't quite as good as I had expected with this mascara. I found it hard to work with, but I did like something about it ... I just couldn't work out what was wrong. The first two weeks I found it very wet and quite clumpy, but once I had combed it out with another wand I was happy with the results. I liked the formula a lot as it didn't smudge at all and stayed on my lashes all day, I was also really impressed with the volume it gave my lashes. However, I just found it hard work and I couldn't seem to get it right without the help of another mascara to even the lashes out.

Reviewed Impression
This mascara would be absolutely amazing if it had a different wand. If this mascara had the same wand as Benefit's "They're Real" or even Chanel's "Inimitable" wand I honestly believe this mascara would be like HG status. I find the brush really collects so much of the product and that means that the application isn't even and quite hard to control. However, I have noticed that now I have had the mascara for a while it is becoming easier to use. My last four applications have been without the aid of another brush, which is probably because the mascara isn't as wet as it was within the first two weeks of owning it. I have been wearing it every single day since I have had it, and I must admit it's growing on me.

Overall
A gorgeous mascara with a fantastic formula, which sadly lacks a brush which can help it reach its full potential on the lashes. However, there are ways around the brush issue and I honestly think that this is a great mascara for adding a real oomph to your lashes. The packaging is stunning as you would expect from YSL and the "Shocking" writing on the Gold packaging gives it a bit of an interesting edge. It is expensive at around £22.00, but It does deliver the intensity that YSL describe on its product description. If they release this mascara with a new brush I will be stocking up on this beauty, but until then I don't think I would repurchase.

I have seen some rave reviews and some not so impressed reviews, and I think I stand somewhere in the middle, so I would love to hear your thoughts on this one beauties ?

❤Total Relax "Skincare Edition" ❤ Ft Elemis & Yon-Ka

Hi Lovelies!
I have been meaning to do this post for the longest time and I finally feel ready to post it. Relaxing is something that a lot of us dream about, but never actually get around to doing half the time. Everyone has their own reasons, but the stresses of life do definitely take over a good bit of traditional "me time". You don't have to spend all the money in the world to pamper yourself and the best part about this post is that you can use whatever products you like, the products I use are part of my personal regime and that is why I'm using them as an example of how I relax. I am going to be doing a series of three posts and the next two posts to follow will be "Total Relax Hair Care Edition" and the "Total Relax Body Care Edition" I really hope you enjoy this post and that it inspires you to take a bit of time out, even if its just for 10 minutes of the day. I find that my skincare and make-up routines are the best ways to help me relax, but I have also included a little list of other things that might help.
 DIY Facial at home

Start your journey of relaxation by cleansing your face with your favourite cleanser, ideally one that is purifying but non stripping of the natural oils of your skin. I use the Elemis Rosepetal Cleansing Milk which is very nourishing and perfect for a treat.

Follow by using an exfoliating skin scrub to reduce the build up of dead skin, this step will also add natural radiance to your complexion. I use the Yon-Ka Gurana scrub which contains two exfoliants (Gurana and Organic Brown Rice), which also helps to detoxify the skin.

Then choose a mask which is suitable for your skin. Clay masks are usually better for oily/combination types and a creamy or gel textured mask for skin that needs more hydration and care. I use the Elemis Fruit Rejuvenating mask, which smells beautiful and is a real pick me up. It is fabulous for normal/combo/dry skin types and helps to restore a glowing complexion.

After indulging with a mask of your choice use a toner if you have one to help restore your skins natural PH levels. I use the Elemis Soothing Apricot Toner which has become one of my all time favourite skincare products. It smells beautiful and is a fantastic soothing toner, which also gives the skin a natural healthy glow.

Moisturizing your skin is extremely important and even oily skin types need moisture. Use this stage to really complete the total relax facial. Use circular movements when applying the moisturiser, by doing this you will help to remove toxins, as well as providing the tissues with oxygen. I use the Elemis Fresh Skin Dreamy Sleep Moisturiser, which helps to replenish the skin overnight.

Finally don't forget to treat your eyes and lips as well, I use the Elemis absolute eye mask which is a mask specifically for the eye area, It also has loads of lovely ingredients including cornflower.

❤ღ❤MAC "Coral Bliss" Review❤ღ❤

Hi Lovelies!
I was thinking to myself how many lip product related posts that I do on my blog haha... but hey every girl loves a lipstick right?. I would definitely say that lip products are my weakness, so I thought I would bring you a review of a lipstick that is definitely going to be a spring/summer must have. I am slowly growing a collection of MAC products and I must admit I am smitten with their Cremesheen lipsticks. I was super lucky to be the winner of Makeup Pixie's fantastic giveaway of a MAC lipstick of my choice. I knew straight away that I wanted it to be a coral/peach shade, as they are my favourites for Spring and Summer. I also thought I would get a bit creative today and add a fun background to my pictures, which I hope you like.
Review
Coral Bliss is a soft Pink Coral which I think looks absolutely stunning on. I did my research and found that it looked lovely on both lighter and darker pigmented lips, which is something that I find can be quite hard to achieve with most lipsticks. My lips are quite dark and I found that it still showed up as the Colour in the tube, which made me fall in love with this lipstick even more. It is a slightly less Pinker version of MACS lusted after Cut a Caper shade, which sold out very quickly. Coral Bliss is also really quite pigmented and I find that its also comfortable and long lasting on the lips. I don't think you can go wrong with MACS selection and finishes when it comes to lipsticks (and most things actually) and they are also cheaper than YSL and Chanel lipsticks.
Overall
If you are looking for a Coral lipstick but prefer it more on the Pink side then this would definitely be a good option. The formula is pretty comfortable, but at times ever so slightly drying on the lips. However, for £14.00 I am really impressed by the shade variety and pigmentation of the majority of MAC lipsticks I have tried so far.
I would love to know what you think about this shade... is it something you would go for ? - Also if you have any other MAC recommendations for me I would love you to leave them in the comments section below :).

❤Murad Redness Therapy Recovery Treatment Gel Review❤

Hi Lovelies!
I have been trying out the Murad Redness Therapy Recovery Treatment Gel for around a month now and thought it was about time I shared my review with you all. I do suffer with mild redness on my face and the main area's are my cheeks and forehead. I decided to try this specific product as I thought that a treatment gel would be good for use especially when my redness flared up a little more than usual. This is my first time using Murad, so I made sure I did my research to learn more about the brand. Dr Murad is classed as being one of the best Dermatologists in America, who graduated from UCLA as a board certified dermatologist. It was actually really interesting researching the Murad brand and I have found some great products that I would love to try in the future. I hope you all enjoy my review and if you have any further questions, please don't hesitate to leave a comment below, or to contact me via my social media buttons.
About the product ?
Reduces redness, irritation, inflammation and sensitivity while strengthening skin to keep it comfortable, as well as providing all day relief. Azelaic acid and vitamin K improve hydration and calm flushed skin, easing tightness. Goji berry extract accelerates the healing of dry, flaky skin and zinc oxide and peppermint leaf extract soothe skin, reducing stinging and sensitivity to improve skin comfort all day. (£49 / 50 ml)

What I like ?
Firstly, I really like the texture of the treatment gel and I found it to always be very cooling and calming on my skin after application. A little goes a very long way and the gel smoothes out and leaves the skin feeling perfected. I would honestly say that this product has helped to calm down my redness, but it hasn't removed it (which i wasn't really expecting it to do). The gel is ideal for sensitive skin, as it has some lovely soothing ingredients which help to keep the skin from getting tight or inflamed.

What I didn't like ?
I was using this product all over my face two times a day, but didn't feel like it was fitting in with my skincare regime. So I decided to start using it only on area's that needed treating, and since changing the way I use it I have found that it has fitted in with my skincare regime a lot better. I also won't use it unless my redness is causing me an issue, which has worked a lot better for me. The only other negative in my opinion is the price, as I find that £50.00 is quite expensive for 50ml.
Overall ?
Overall, I do feel that this product does actually do quite a lot of what it claims in its product description. It does smooth and soothe the skin, as well as helping to reduce redness. However, from my use I definitely prefer it to treat certain area's opposed to using it as an all over treatment. I do feel that this product is more on the expensive side being just under £50.00, and I also feel that if you were looking for a comprehensive anti regime, then you would be better purchasing the Murad Therapy Regime, as you save money that way. Finally, I always recommend doing vigorous research when it comes to skincare, as my skin will differ to yours. If your not sure on a product always contact the company first, and try and find as many reviews as you can.

I would love to know what you think, would you be interested in trying this product ?

❤The Perfect Treat - Elemis Fruit Rejuvenating Mask❤

Hi Lovelies!
Today I have a bit of skin care loving for you all and I wanted to share a product that I have really been loving. The Elemis Fruit Rejuvenating Mask* Is honestly such an amazing feel good product, and I can't even describe how delicious the smell is. I have actually just taken pictures of it on my arm and I literally can't stop smelling that area haha!, its such a gorgeous fruity smell. I have recently been trying quite a few skincare products, but I have to admit in all honesty I always go back to my Elemis products. I'm a huge fan of not just their spa range, but also their fresh skin and clear skin ranges that are aimed towards late teens to twenties. A face mask is such a treat and I couldn't be without one these days, as they are such a great way to take away the stresses of everyday life. I hope you enjoy my review and if you need any advice or would just like to have a chat please don't hesitate to contact me via my social media icons or in the comments section below.
About ?
A powerful rejuvenating mask which is rich in active extracts of strawberry and kiwi fruit. Ideal before special occasions, or to restore a healthy glowing complexion.
What I like ?
Firstly, I can't help but mention the gorgeous smell which isn't overpowering at all. The scent is lightly fruity, which is an instant pick me up even before you have put the mask on haha. The mask texture is in between a cream and a clay, as it isn't as hard as a clay, but not as light as a daily moisturising cream. When I apply the mask I don't really experience any real tightness and within about 15 minutes the mask has mostly absorbed, leaving my skin feeling really rejuvenated. I then remove the mask with warm water and my face feels really soft and I can definitely see more of a glow to my skin after use. It almost reminds be of a beauty balm, as it leaves my skin really supple and settled, which is lovely for after a stressful day or in preparation for a night out.
What I don't like ?
I have normal/combination skin, but I don't think that this mask would be suitable for oily skin types as this product is aimed towards normal/dry skin and it does contain a lot of moisturising ingredients. If you have Oily skin then you might prefer the Lavender mask, as the lavender mask is designed to ease congested complexions. The price is just below £30.00 which is quite expensive, but it definitely could be the perfect birthday treat!

Overall ?
If your skin is in need of some moisture or your looking for an occasional treat then this mask would be perfect for you. This mask is definitely suited to normal/dry skin types, but combination types could definitely still use this as a treat. I'm actually normal/combo and this doesn't leave my skin feeling greasy in the slightest, but instead beautifully supple and moisturized. I would love to know what skin care treats you are loving at the moment :)

❤❤Benefit Concealers - Fake Up, Boi-ing, Erase Paste & The Perk Up Artist❤❤

Hi Beauties!
I'm sure you have heard all about Benefit's latest craze "Fake Up" and I was absolutely gutted when I couldn't attend the Swansea event *boo*. However, I finally managed to get myself to a counter the other day and picked up the shade light. I thought I would make this post a little more interesting for those you have had enough of seeing Fake Up haha, so I have included some of my other Benefit concealers. I am sadly missing Boi-ing which I also have in my collection, but I have a feeling I could have left that at my boyfriends house. I have never really strayed away from Benefit concealers, as they are just total HG status for me and Fake Up is definitely a firm favourite now as well.
What I like about Fake Up ?
I must admit I wasn't 100% sold on the thought of a moisturising concealer as I thought it might be a little greasy... but oh my was I wrong!! - This concealer has a beautiful silky feel when applied under the eye area and it doesn't leave the slightest bit of greasy residue, but instead covers up any darkness and keeps the under eye area nice and healthy. I was looking for another concealer as my beloved Erase Paste is too messy for quick touch ups in work, and requires a bit more mirror time as I like to call it haha. So when I heard about this multi tasking ans super convenient concealer, I was really happy to give it a whirl. After using it for just under a week I'm really in love with it, and also I find it super long lasting. Also.. I couldn't forget to mention the packaging which is super fun just like Benefit. I do love the classic packaging styles of YSL and Chanel, but honestly Benefit injects so much fun into my make-up collection and its a brand I really do see myself using for a very long time to come.

What I don't like about Fake Up ?
I can't find anything I really dislike about Fake Up or any of the Benefit concealers to be honest, but the only thing is the shade selection they offer. One part of me thinks three shades is super simple, but then another part of me thinks that there must be a ton of people who are in between shades.

Erase Paste, Boi-ing and Perk Up Artist
Erase Paste has been consistently part of my make-up bag for the past three years and I'm on my third pot now. I honestly don't know where I would be without this concealer as it has helped me to concealer my pesky dark circles for so long now. The Melon undertones in the Erase Paste shades really do help to Colour correct any darkness, which is why I love it so much. However Erase Paste is quite thick and can get a little messy, so if you are looking for an on the go concealer I would recommend either Fake Up, Boi-ing or Perk Up.

Boi-ing Firstly, sorry about the lack of image but I think I left this one at my boyfriends house on the weekend. Anyway, Boi-ing is a great concealer for covering up blemishes and is classed as being industrial strength haha. Personally, I wouldn't use any of the other Benefit concealers for blemishes, as they are quite highlighting and might actually bring focus to the problem area. I do like Boi-ing, but I must admit I do love a bit of Collection 2000's lasting perfection when I get spots.

The Perk Up Artist is a great little palette which includes a corrector, concealer and brightener. I feel that this would be perfect if you are planning to travel, or just want a complete eye kit under one roof instead of having three separate products. The only thing I would say is that the products are quite sheer, so if you need more coverage then this might not be for you. The concealer in this kit is also quite versatile and very easy to blend out.
Overall ?
I think you can probably tell I'm a little obsessed with Benefit concealer's haha, but genuinely I would recommend them all. My favourites are definitely Erase Paste and Fake Up, as they are both amazing in their own ways for under eye use. However, if you are looking for a kit with more than one product then The Perk Up Artist would be a great option and finally Boi-ing is definitely best for concealing blemishes. I thought I would give each concealer a little award in what I think its best for, so hopefully this might help you out if your trying to choose. If you need any other help then please just comment below or use my social media icons to contact me.

And the winner is.....

Benefit Concealer Awards
Best for Dark Circles - Erase Paste
Best for general convenience - Fake Up
Best for Blemishes - Boi-ing
Best for Travel/multi product - The Perk Up Artist

❤❤YSL Glossy Stain Peche Cerra-Colla Review❤❤

Hi Beauties!
Today I'm going to be reviewing my gorgeous new YSL Glossy Stain in Peche Cerra Colla which may I add was a total impulse buy haha. I walked past it whilst shopping and for the rest of the day I thought why didn't I just stop and check that out?! - So true beauty blogger style I got home done my research and the next thing I know it arrived at my front door (oops). I already own two other Glossy Stains, so I knew that I was going to be in love with the formula and also the beautiful Peach/Coral shade. If you haven't tried a YSL glossy stain the perfect way to describe them is being somewhere completely in the middle of a gloss, stain and lipstick. I hope you enjoy this review lovelies and I would love to hear from you in the comments section below.
About
Glossy Stain from Yves Saint Laurent provides ultimate wear, ultimate shine and ultimate Colour  The true revolution of this decade is the coming together of an extremely long-lasting stain formula and glossy shine, using a patented exclusive spatula for precise and smooth application. Pure water-soluble pigments fused in a transparent texture for non-sticky, long-lasting, high shine gloss.

What I Like ?
I'm a huge fan of the YSL glossy stains and everything about them is really unique. Firstly, the texture is really unusual and doesn't feel like any other in my opinion. Then there is the patented doe-foot applicator and this is by far the nicest applicator I have ever used. Peche Cerra Colla is a beautiful light Peach shade and it really is as beautiful as it looks in the packaging. This shade just screams spring/summer and holiday to me as I can imagine it looking beautiful with a tan, but don't get me wrong I also love it on my natural B20/30 Skin tone. I find that I need around 2/3 swipes to get a good coating on my lips, but I find that's all I need as its really long lasting. Even when the gloss does wear off you still have the stain left on your lips, which is nice as then it still looks like you have a Colour on your lips. I also believe that even though this shade is relativity new that it has now been made a permanent shade * Yay*.

What I don't Like ?
In terms of the formula/packaging I can't find a single fault, but I did find something to mention about the shade. If you have lighter coloured lips then this will show up absolutely amazing on you, but if you have darker lips then this won't translate as a "light peach" but more of a Coral. My lips aren't dark but they aren't light, so what I do is apply a tiny bit of my YSL touche eclat just to lighten and create a base for my lips. I find that doing this helps me to get the best out of the product, and you can do it with any lighter concealing product, just make sure you don't put too much on your lips.
Overall ?
If you are looking for a fun spring/summer shade but can't decide if you want a lip stain, lip gloss or a lipstick then this would be the perfect product for you. Being YSL it is expensive and retails for around £22.50, but I honestly do think that its worth it. However, there are plenty of great alternatives such as the Rimmel Apocalips and the L'Oreal Stains are an amazing dupe (as L'Oreal owns YSL). Overall, I think that this is a stunning lip product and would be a perfect purchase for the SS season.

Hope you enjoyed this post beauties! I'm back at work tomorrow (no bank holiday for me) so I hope you all have a lovely day and I will be back soon :D

❤❤Makeup & Handbag Essentials!❤❤

Hi Beauties!
I'm totally telling myself off for not posting in 9 days.. but Ohh My God has work been busy. I am literally rushed off my feet.. Spa life is lovely, but serious hard work. The girls at work are all really lovely and everyone just refers to each other as "Honey" which makes it a more friendly environment. My last job gave me so much freedom and I haven't been tied down like this since school haha. I then think to myself Ohh I can have a chill out now and blog, but no :( my degree starts to call me. So yeah, I just wanted to thank you all for being so supportive and I'm really doing my best to try and get back into a routine. I must admit work has been a million times harder than I ever could have imagined, my training has been delayed due to the volume of clients through the door and there has been times where I just haven't had a clue what to do. I don't know if this high paced job is going to make my anxiety better or worse haha ?!?

Anyway, I had to have a bit of a blab because I feel like I haven't had a chance to speak to you, but I thought I would go ahead and show you what products I'm using in my everyday work make-up routine, as well as my work handbag essentials. As you can imagine my make-up has to be kept "perfect" but natural looking for my job, and I feel that these products do just that. I love these kinds of posts as they are super easy to read and I love seeing what other people use, so hopefully this post will be interesting for you as well.

Face Base
Urban Decay Beauty Balm & Naked Skin Foundation in 4.5
Chanel Loose Powder in 30 Natural (Sorry this wasn't included in the photo, but I left it at my boyfriends house haha)

Eyes
YSL Shocking Mascara
UD Naked Basics - WOS (eyelid) Naked 2 (Define)
Benefit Erase Paste #1 #2

Cheeks
Benefit "Sugar bomb" ( Thank You Sophia! )

Lips
Chanel Rouge Coco Shine #48 Evasion
So onto my Handbag Essentials which now officially have their place in my work bag which is my Limited Edition Longchamp Le Pliage. Firstly, I have my La Roche Posay Thermale Water and I think that both this and the Avene one are fabulous and a great way to refresh yourself quickly in work. I then carry a perfume and my current perfume is Estee Lauder's Sensuous Nude, which is perfect as it isn't too overpowering for work. I also think its important to carry mints! and I always have one before work and after lunch just to make sure my breath is super fresh for when I'm interacting with clients. Hand Sanitiser is literally my best friend, and I always make sure I have one in my bag, especially as my job is so busy. Another must have is my compressed Dove deodorant in "beauty" and I honestly love this so much and would totally recommend this, as its the perfect handbag size. Finally, I have my Soap And Glory Hand Food and this is a life saver as my hands can get really dry in work. I'm thinking of doing a review for it soon because its such an amazing product and I definitely couldn't be without it now.

I hope you have enjoyed this post and it would honestly make my day to hear from some of you beauties. I am definitely going to get back into regular posting again and just wanted to thank you all for being so lovely. I would also love to know what are your handbag must haves for work/college and do you use any of the same make-up products as me for work ?

Lots of love

❤Bioderma 3 Product Review❤

Hi Lovelies!
I just wanted to apologize for being a little absent on my blog and twitter, but recently I have started a new job and I'm trying to find my feet. I have some pretty tough training coming up soon and a lot of my focus is on getting settled into my new job, but don't worry I won't be absent for long. I just wanted to let you all know though, so that you can understand my situation :). So anyway (onto something more exciting haha)..you know I'm a total skincare junkie without any additional temptations, but when I was asked if I wanted to try some Bioderma products I was really excited. I was especially excited, as Bioderma has been quite a hard brand to get hold of despite there being rumor of them coming to the UK soon. Bioderma have a few products that really do have cult status', so I was even more excited to try some of their Crealine H20 Solution. I also just wanted to let you know that I have been staying with my sister the last two nights and the lighting wasn't the best for the pictures :(.
[Trying out the new Star effect on Pic monkey haha]
Bioderma Sensibo Crealine H20
"Specially formulated for sensitive, normal to dry skins, the Sensibio H2O micelle solution gently cleanses face and eyes. It removes water-resistant make-up.
The micelles contained in its formula effectively micro-emulsify impurities while maintaining the skin’s balance (soap-free, physiological pH)."

I can't believe that it has taken me this long to get my hands on this beauty, but because it was so hard to find I suppose I just kept putting it off. However, I'm really pleased with it so far and think it does a lovely job of taking my make-up off hassle free. Now I'm going to be a lot more busy this is actually like the perfect cleanser for me, as I don't have to spend ages washing it off. It doesn't irritate my eyes in the slightest and there is no greasy feeling after using this cleansing water.. it's great because its literally just like water, but instead of just being plain old water, it does a really lovely job of cleansing and leaving my skin nice and soft.
Bioderma Sebium Pore Refiner
The correcting concentrate improves the appearance of the skin: its texture is more refined, more regular and clearer, and the pores are closed and less visible.
The exclusive patented Fluidactiv® complex* maintains the quality of the sebum, thus preventing obstruction of the pores. An astringent dermatological active agent refines the skin texture and the antioxidant agents preserve its natural radiance.

The light, liquid formula of Sébium Pore Refiner instantly melts into the skin and leaves a pleasant velvety finish.

I would say that since I hit 20 my skin went from being normal to more combination and even though I don't really get spots, before I never had any. They say that every 10 years your skin/body changes, so maybe this is why I have seen my skin become a little more oily in some areas. This product is great for mattifying and I prefer to apply it just to my t-zone, as I don't find it as moisturising as I would like for all over my face. However, it does leave my skin a lot less oily and smoother in the area's I put it on. I can't say 100% yet if this has decreased my pores in size, but I haven't had any breakouts or issues since using this product.
Bioderma Sebium Hydra Moisturiser
This is probably my favourite out of the three, and I think it might be quite a new product which you can find out more about here It has the most beautiful light cucumber smell and its so gentle and refreshing to use after my cleansing routine. Due to it being part of the Sebium range it is quite light weight, which makes me feel that this will be my go to Moisturiser for summer. It's very soothing and I find that it doesn't aggravate my slight redness on my cheeks and forehead. I find that both the Pore Refiner and the Hydra Moisturiser both sit really nicely under my foundation as well.
I thought I would include a swatch to show you all what its like and the Pore Refiner has a similar texture. They blend out really nicely and leave a light moisture to the skin and I'm really enjoying using them at the moment.

Overall
I'm really impressed with the Sensibo H20 Cleanser and I do think that its a really lovely hassle free way to remove makeup, without leaving any residue behind. I'm also really getting along with the Pore Refiner and I love that it helps to keep my t-zone oil free, as well as the lovely cucumber scented hydra moisturiser. The only real negative is how hard it is to get these products, but if you can wait just a little longer then you will be able to buy them in the UK. I also think that the price range of Bioderma is really quite reasonable as well for such a good skincare brand.

I would love to know what you think about Bioderma and are you excited that this brand may be coming to the UK soon ? - Don't forget my Chanel, Elemis & John Frieda Giveaway ends this weekend!!

Love

❤❤Top 5 Coral/Peach/Nude Lipsticks❤ღ❤

Hi Lovelies!
So I think Spring is on its way and then it starts snowing ?! British weather for you haha. However, despite this crazy and freezing cold weather I thought today I would pick out some beautiful Peach/Nudes/Corals from my lipstick collection to show you. It was very hard to narrow it down to five of my favourites, as I have some more high end and drugstore favourites, but I will save them for a collection post. There is something so Spring/Summer about transitioning to Peaches from Winter Pinks, but I still absolutely love Pink shades for the Spring/Summer as well. I don't normally wear peaches in the Winter because I think they look weird on my complexion, whereas I can wear Pinks all year around, so I think that's why I get so excited about wearing Peaches/Corals haha .

I hope you all enjoy this post and if you would like to ask any questions or get in contact please just comment below, or via my social media buttons to the right hand side of this post. I also wanted to let you know that finally my bloglovin is working woohoo! after months and months of it being broken it has finally updated. I know some people prefer keeping up to date with blogs they like through bloglovin, so if you like you can follow me by clicking my + social media button.
Chanel Rouge Coco Shine #48 Evasion
This lipstick has true HG status for me and I actually believe I have repurchased this shade three times now. It's hydrating and leaves a beautiful light peachy/beige tint to the lips, which is perfect for everyday use. Rouge Coco's don't have a huge amount of pigmentation, but they do have enough Colour to tell that you are wearing that particular shade. I also feel like the Rouge Coco Shines are the kind of lipstick you can simply apply without needing a mirror at all, which is great for busy times. I love this lipstick and I can't fault the gorgeous sleek Chanel packaging and lovely hydrating formula with a hint of Colour as well.
YSL Rouge Pur Couture #23 Coral Poetique
You have probably seen my review below for this beautiful newbie of mine, but I had to include it because it's an absolute stunner. I'm really in love with the mid-bright light Coral that can be toned down to a much more wearable Apricot shade. The texture is also beautiful and moisturising enough without being slippery like the Volupte's.
MAC Shy Girl
This lipstick is one of MAC's best seller and I can totally see why, as its the perfect nude (also reminds me I need a new one haha). It's not too light or too dark, which makes it the perfect option for loads of different skin tones. It has a slight Peach tone to it which makes it a really gorgeous shade to match with either a more dramatic eye, or just for a work/college look.
MAC Coral Bliss
Coral Bliss is another newbie to my collection, as I won it via a Giveaway which the lovely Georgia from Makeup Pixie was holding a few weeks ago. It's a Cremesheen formula like Shy Girl (my favourite mac formula) but despite being a frost, it doesn't actually translate on the lips. It looks absolutely amazing in the tube and looks equally pretty on the lips, but not quite as vivid as it initially looks. It translates as a lovely light coral shade that leans more on the Pink side. I think that this shade would look absolutely stunning on a lovely sunny day, it's so pretty!! (Review Soon)
YSL Glossy Stain #27 Peche Cerra-Colla.
I absolutely love Glossy Stains and was excited to get my latest shade in "Peche Cerra-Colla" which is a beautiful light Peach. Glossy Stains have such an unusual formula, but I personally really like them and think that they are a perfect mix of a lipgloss, lipstick and lip stain all rolled into one. With the lighter shades you do need two applications to really bring the Colour to its best pigmentation. (Review coming soon)
[Swatches]

Other shades I would recommend : Rimmel Appocolips #Nude Eclipse, Rimmel Appocolips #Luna, Chanel Rouge Coco Shine #Sourire, Benefit Coralista Gloss.

I hope you have enjoyed this post lovelies and would love to know what your favourite shade is ?

Love
